How do I create my first event? +

Sign up free, pick a template, add your event details and photos, and publish. You'll have a shareable invitation link in a couple of minutes — no design skills needed.

Do my guests need an account to RSVP? +

No. Guests open your link and respond in seconds — no login, no app download. You manage everything from your dashboard.

Can I import my existing guest list? +

Yes. Upload a CSV or paste contacts directly, then group and tag guests however you like.

Can I collect meal choices and custom questions? +

On Pro and Business plans you can add meal selections, plus-one details, dietary notes, song requests, and any custom question. Everything is tracked automatically.

How do I see my final headcount? +

Your dashboard shows live attendance totals, meal breakdowns, and response rates at all times. Export it all to CSV whenever you need to.

Can I send reminders to people who haven't replied? +

Yes. Automatic reminders can be scheduled to go only to non-responders, so you never have to chase RSVPs by hand.

Is the Free plan really free forever? +

Yes — no time limit, no credit card. Run one active event with up to 50 guests for as long as you like.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime? +

Anytime, from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated to the day.

Can I use my own domain and branding? +

Business plans support custom domains, your own logo, and full removal of Mesmo branding.
